Holding Space Circles are safe, confidential spaces where men, including those identifying as male, can reflect, connect, and explore masculinity.

Guided by experienced facilitators, these circles are collaborative and use deep listening and practical coaching tools to help men self-regulate, take responsibility, and shift negative patterns in their lives.

How: We create effective circles first through a practical “foundation course”, – men practice tools in honest self-reflection, deep-listening and taking accountability.

Those with the strong calling then attend our facilitators training – leading to a Mens circle in their own community and ultimately in every community.

What Men Have To Say

I felt heard, met, seen, I got stuff off my chest and I am able finally to breathe. Sometimes when I speak something out loud I can confront it and be face to face with it. Society does not hold safe space for men’s truth and we swallow it all down and it piles up and it’s heavy on our hearts - It’s heavy.

Holding Space Circles have changed how I view myself as a man, but also men in general and what they are allowed to be. It's also helped me develop compassion for myself and my fellow men. Holding Space Circles has been helping me to deconstruct toxic masculinity within myself and also to identify it within other men.

As a queer Black man socializing in this modern world, there were so many things that I felt I had to carry on my own or that I wasn't able to deal with outwardly. I found something that I didn't know I was missing. There was a real sense of safety, vulnerability, brotherhood, and community. I am able to navigate life with a lot more clarity and discernment, a lot more love and compassion for myself. I think when men are willing, are courageous and brave enough to show up, surrender to just doing the inner work, it creates a ripple effect for a lot of other men to be real and vulnerable and feel safe and seen, to not feel alone and in isolation.

The final stage of
healing is
using what
happens to you to
help other people.
That is healing
in itself.
